Bona Restang is a youth show; for the youth and by the youth. Bona Retsang is owned by Vuselela Media which is a non-profit company that provides a multi-platform media network that gives young people across South Africa a meaningful voice. On Bona Retsang  while I was the resident News Anchor/sometimes Presenter, I also worked as a Insert Producer/Video Journalist who focuses on the Big Buzz and Scamto segments of the show. Producing 2-3 minute stories for the show that educate teenagers on issues that are affecting them. This is some of the work that I have produced.  I also traveled around South Africa and taught media literacy (video) to Lovelife centres. We taught them how to use small camcoders and their cellphones to tell their community stories. I also taught schools how to use iPads to tell stories in their schools.
