DOCUMENTARIES

Documentaries are very powerful mediums of communication. They are real life stories that educate, inform and challenge ordinary views. This allows the viewer to be able to relate to what they are watching. Most importantly, documentaries are able to give people a voice. It allows them the confidence to be able to tell their stories and to be hopefully understood by the viewer. Producing these documentaries, together with my team was at first a daunting task of having to allow people to be comfortable enough with the reporter and their camera; yet an achievable and long-lasting educational and inspirational journey.
